Application Specific
Tool Design
|
Tailor-made STRECON stripwound container solution that is designed uniquely for a specific part, forging process (cold, warm, hot), failure mode(s), requirements, etc.
The tool solution, however, may be applicable to other similar parts and processes, but of course subject to individual assessment.

Company Standard
Tool Design
|
A standard STRECON stripwound container solution that is designed for a number of similar parts (i.e. multi-purpose container). The same container can be applied to a broad number of different parts that all benefit from the strength and/or stiffness of the container design. The Company Standard Container would typically be designed in 2-3 sizes in order to match the need of small, medium, and large sized parts. This design concept is highly recommendable for manufacturers of a broad range of precison forging parts, also when it comes in small series production. Through our Online Ordering System, companies are able now to easily design and create their most suitable STRECON LEAN Container. For more information visit: www.strecon.com

Press Machine
Standard Tool Design
|
A standard STRECON stripwound container solution that fits a specific press type, for example Sakamura, Hatebur, National, Nedschroef. However, we often see that customers have small but important changes to the standard product design. Of course, these variations are taken into account when designing the STRECON container solution for the individual client.
