Service, Tools and Other Consumables
Service Contract:
We always recommend customers to sign up for a service contract. Lost production time is usually far more expensive than a service agreement that ensures a regular check and maintenance protocol of the individual machine units or transfer line. The contract does also outline the response time in case of production stop, and how fast a machine problem is to be resolved by Felss.
Warranty standard is 12 months, telephone service free during the guarantee.
Tools and Spare Parts:
Most machine wear parts will be in stock at Felss making a day-to-day delivery in case of breakdown possible. However, normal production tools are not in stock and just manufactured to order. Felss offers two modes of tool supply:
- Delivery to order (simple sales of tools), or
- Service Contracts designed to match individual customer needs including tools and spare parts.
The delivery time of tools is usually 6 weeks from confirmed order. |
