The part makers apply different tooling strategies. Some companies prefer to design and manufacture the tooling themselves. Other rely on external tool supply. There are pros and cons to each strategy, but we adjust our services to match the need of the individual client.

STRECON manufactures die inserts, punches, and other wear parts like guide rings, intermediate sleeves, pressure pads, etc. per customer drawing. Own tool shop has specialized in manufacturing round tool parts made of hardened tool steel (e.g. 56-64 HRc). In case of tools of tungsten carbide and/or tools with complex shapes like 3D part geometry, we collaborate with selected tool makers in Denmark, Germany, and Japan. The attached subpages contain information on the tungsten carbide tool products made by Dijet Industrial Company and Japan Hardware Company. STRECON has been assigned official distributor of these two highly recognized tool makers in Europe.

The manufacture and distributorship of dies, punches, and other tool parts allows STRECON to offer complete tool packages including tool engineering, the actual tools and components, and on-site installation support.
