Development Activities

Currently, we focus our R&D activities on the following topics:

• Machine tool for robot assisted polishing (RAP)
• Extreme high-pressure platforms for synthesis of industrial diamonds/CBN (65, 70, 80, and 100 Kbar)
• Complete, flexible, and adjustable tool solution for bar drawing
• Pressure chambers for special needs, hereunder a new visionary environmental application
• And other projects of confidential nature 

Our engineering, design, and manufacturing activities are performed by means of:

• Various analytical programmes designed for tool engineering
• 2D and 3D FEM modelling
• In-house material model of which the data is used to optimize the FEM simulations
• In-house research and product development activities
• Close collaboration with research centres, universities, and strategic customers
• Own production of the stripwound container products
• Close and long-term collaboration with key material suppliers and subcontractors
