Competences and Technology

STRECON has over the years specialized in the development, sales, and manufacture of new innovative and high-performing tooling solutions for various application fields. 

Today, we are especially strong in stripwound tooling solutions for cold precision forging, manufacture of industrial diamonds/CBN, and high-pressure experiments. Recently, we have expanded our scope of expertise to include tooling solutions for warm and hot forging, fasteners, and bar drawing.

In near future, our technology base will be expanded to include stripwound tooling solutions for profile extrusion, deep drawing, and other high-pressure chambers and frames as well.

Furthermore, STRECON presented in 2008 a brand new and patent protected machine tool for robot assisted polishing (RAP). The RAP machine tool is capable of surface polishing 2D round parts like dies, punches, sleeves, tubes, as well as simplified 3D Geometries.

Our competences are constantly maintained and developed thanks to our dedication to allocate critical resources for application research and product development – either as in-house activities and/or in collaboration with customers, business partners, and universities.
