Introduction

STRECON A/S is a global player and has a long history of developing, engineering, and manufacturing tooling solutions based on the stripwinding technology. These tooling solutions are applied to a rather broad range of high pressure applications, which among other things, benefit from the unique strength properties of stripwound tools. Initially the stripwinding technology was applied for high-loaded cold forging tools. Over the years this technology has matured and today its range of applications is much broader.

In addition to the stripwound tooling solutions for precision forging and synthesis of industrial diamonds (CBN), another key business segment of our company includes the machinery solutions. Today we offer the Robot Assisted Polishing (RAP) machine, which has been developed in order to surface polish tools, components and workpieces with 2D geometry as well as simplified 3D Geometries, and a compact Shop Floor Press for tool assembly and disassembly, fine tool adjustments, single bending and riveting operations.

STRECON A/S is an exclusive agent/distributor of both German machine manufacturer Felss GmbH (rotary swaging and axial forming machines) and the Software Engineering Company Simufact GmbH in Scandinavia. In Europe, we also represent JHW (Japan Hardware CO.LTD) in the segment of dies and other tooling products, and have also become the exclusive partner of DIJET Carbide Tools, a top quality Japanese manufacturer of preforms and finished carbide tools.
